    The $75 fee allows you to jump ahead of my shop order queue . The fee also covers any express shipping cost that I need to pay for express delivery of your materials. Glitter Trove creations are made to order with love. Time is needed to gather materials, prep patterns, and process your order.

    All expedited orders must purchase express shipping via USPS or FedEx! My shop is NOT responsible for arrival delays caused by USPS or Fed Ex

    Made to order items take time to process, but if you need your item expedited, no problem. Please note: Some made to order Items need 5-7 days to process. Please DM before placing order so that I can check fabric inventory. If fabric is not available your order will take more time to process.

    Due to high volume of orders. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Use this link to “cut in line” and receive your order sooner.

    Please DM the date you need your item by or leave it in the notes section at checkout.

    If the fabric color you want is out of stock this will delay your processing time. DM to check for fabric availability.

    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This means item will be shipped after 2-3 day (Monday- Friday). Shipping estimated time not included. Please note that my shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or Fed Ex. Thank you in advance.

    Do you offer free returns and full refunds on item s that are late?

    My shop does not offer free returns for issues caused by mail services. A restock fee will be taken from approved refund.

    Do you accept returns?

    Returns will be honored to unworn items only. Contact my shop within 24 hours of package delivery. Package must be returned within 24 hours of package delivery. A restock fee will be subtracted from your refund total. My shop is not responsible for returned shipping label cost or lost returned packages. Thank you in advance.

    Do you offer cancellation on orders?

    Free cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours after ordering. A restock fee will be charged if you want to cancel your order after 3 days.
